Promote project financial management to meet expectations and achieve project financial management objectives by carrying out financial activities such as project estimation, budgeting, accounting, and final accounting. Manage financial element activities at the project level, provide project-based financial solutions, promote the acquisition of high-quality contracts, and manage project financial risks. Manage the quality of financial data at the project level, implement ICFR at the project level, ensure the accuracy of financial data.   Responsibilities of Project Finance Manage project (program) performance - Be responsible for the program operation (account department) and ensure the achievement of the program operation targets. Develop financial solutions for projects (programs) - Provide project-based financial solutions to effectively support project decision-making. Monitor project (program) risks - effectively manage internal and external risks to ensure safe and stable project operation. Manage project (program) data quality - Improve the quality of project financial data and business data by aligning with the consistency of inventory accounts and goods. Operation capability improvement - Assist PMs in the operation environment of construction projects and improve the operation capabilities of project managers and eight key employees.  

Develop and manage service products and solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. Define service product lifecycle strategies, including design, development, launch, and phase-out; Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings; Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve competitiveness; Work closely with R&D, sales, and delivery teams to design and implement tailored service solutions; Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure consistency in service standards; Act as a key point of contact for customers, understanding their service needs and providing appropriate solutions; Support customer projects by delivering service-related expertise and ensuring successful implementation; Provide pre-sales support, including technical presentations, service pricing, and contract preparation; Train sales teams and partners on service products to improve sales effectiveness; Monitor the quality and performance of delivered services, addressing any issues or gaps; Establish KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery; Ensure all service offerings comply with local regulations and company policies; Prepare and maintain documentation for service product specifications, pricing, and updates;

Be responsible for project civil work relevant works progress and quality control, inclusive on site construction quality control, and civil work design and bill of quantity relevant quality control Be responsible for communicating with construction team and designer for on site construction issue reason and resolution proposal Be responsible for summarizing and reporting civil work progress and quality relevant issue to project management, and propose resolution for decision then follow up till issue closed
